This class of insurance provides number of policies developed to grant the insured with maximum protection against legal liabilities towards third parties, “provided that a final court judgment is issued in favor of the third-party”, as a direct result and in connection with Insured’s commercial and/or industrial and/or professional work activities which may result in unforeseen accidental bodily injuries and/or property damage to third parties.
